About Me

Gergely Váczi – Fitness Instructor

I am Gergely Váczi, a certified Fitness Instructor. I earned my qualification at IWI and completed my certification exam at the University of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. Weight training has been part of my life for more than 20 years, and I have also gained experience in sports such as CrossFit, boxing, and tactical self-defense. I consider safe, injury-free training essential, and I have also completed the Hungarian Red Cross intermediate first aid course.

I can design your gym or home workouts, whether bodyweight or weight training, if your goal is:

I tailor your training plan to the time and equipment you have available, so you can get the most out of every workout. After you receive your plan, we stay in touch, track your progress, and adjust your program whenever needed.

Simple Workout Tracking: During your workout, you can follow the exercises on your phone and adjust the number of sets, repetitions, and the weight used yourself. MyPlan also displays your weights on a chart, so you can instantly see how you’ve progressed in each exercise compared to previous sessions.
